Hey there! You probably ran into my blog from my videos or social media and you may be curious to know who Philip Ghezelbash is.
In a nutshell, I am a blogger, YouTuber and fitness enthusiast.
Aside from a BSc in Biology, I’m a certified Strength & Conditioning Coach.
Most of the knowledge you see in the videos and articles is self-taught through textbooks, seminars, courses, mentors and through experience as a trainer.
How Did Fitness Change My Life?
Many of the principles which allow you to make progress and succeed inside the gym help you achieve your goals outside of the gym and boost your overall success.
I am talking about qualities such as perseverance, discipline, incredibly hard work and trusting that if you give a process enough time, results will come, this philosophy applies to any goal you have in life.
The most important quality I have gained from focusing on my training and my health is that change is very real and very possible if you take action.
The best thing you can do for anything you want to be good at is to take action. Even if you suck, just start, because when you start, at least you get the ball rolling, I have ingrained this idea in my head and I urge you too as well.
An example of this crossover is to confidence, social skills, passion, these are all qualities which grew parallel to my progression in the gym.
This alone is proof that by setting your eyes on a goal you can accomplish it if you keep yourself accountable.

Because fitness, meditation and constantly trying to develop myself has brought me so much positive change I decide to create a community through my blog and videos.
These online spaces give me the ability to have a flow of ideas to my audience so our full potentials can be actualized through sharing thoughts and progressing in sync.
